One of the main value of the expected customers are quality products. Customers in general are no longer willing or tolerance of mediocre quality. The impact, business viability in the competition require the implementation of total quality management. Total quality management is a business approach in a comprehensive and continuously improve the quality of all processes, products, and services provided.
Quality guarantee customer loyalty, defense and profit growth. However, what exactly is quality? The quality is nothing but conformity with usage. All the features and nature of the product significantly influence consumer satisfaction. Marketing function to participate in formulating strategies and policies designed to help business. In the six role, conducted by marketers, they have contributed towards total quality management and customer satisfaction, and also contribute to the achievement of business profitability.
